Hello :)
This site is not yet officially launched. We'll go live sometime this Fall (2026) with actual, regularly-posted articles. Consider it a placeholder for things to come. The posts that do exist are just test posts.
A goal of this site is to be an outlet for philosophers who wish to write outside the structure of analytic philosophy - a sort-of online journal containing truly interesting, human-crafted writing. While anyone will be welcome to submit for publication, we will set some standards (which will be made clear soon) so not all submissions will make it to publication. All languages are encouraged.
Of course, another goal is to attract an audience who would enjoy reading what will be published here.
All of this will be clarified and expanded on in time, however if you are a philosopher, and you might be interested in getting involved, please reach out via the socials listed above, or email: autonoetonaut@proton.me.
You may wonder about the name of this site. It's a portmanteau of "autonoetic" - referring to our ability to place ourselves mentally in the past and the future - and "naut" -- referring to a traveler. So, an "autonoetonaut" is one who travels mentally through time. Seems like an apt word for a philosophy journal :)
